I'm Chip DeLorenzo and I live in East Greenwich, RI with my wife Dara, my three sons Ithan, Casey, and Blake, and Stanley, our rescue dog.
I was an athlete a long time ago. I grew up in Allentown, Pennsylvania where my dad taught me how to hit and field a baseball. I finished my baseball career as Cornell University's second baseman. My mom documented it all over the year using a variety of cameras.
My sons are as passionate about the sports they play as I was with baseball. Ithan played hockey for 4 years at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and won an ACHA D2 National Championship prior to graduating in May, 2025. Casey is an infielder and pitcher entering his junior year at Roger Williams University in Bristol, RI. Casey was named All Conference 2nd Team during his sophomore campaign. Blake finished his sophomore year at East Greenwich High School where he plays both baseball and hockey.
I've come full circle at this point in my life. It makes perfect sense that I love watching my sons pursue their passion through the lens of my camera. I have expanded beyond my sons and this site is my attempt to share my thrill of capturing the pure joy and emotion exhibited by athletes at all levels: kids through professional. I want to freeze that moment and share it with you.
